Welcome to CEP Endfield Planner. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

CEP Endfield Planner provides planning tools for the game Arknights: Endfield, including essence farming optimization, refinement planning, character guides, and related features.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You may not share your account with others
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Abuse our services through excessive automated requests

5. Intellectual Property

CEP Endfield Planner and its original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Game-related content, including character names, images, and data, are the property of their respective owners (Hypergryph / Mountain Contour / 峘形山工作室).

5a. Open Source License

The frontend source code of CEP Endfield Planner is open source under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). You are free to view, use, modify, and distribute the source code, subject to the terms of AGPL-3.0. The source code is hosted on GitHub: https://github.com/cmyyx/cep

Game-related content (character names, images, data, etc.) is the intellectual property of their respective owners (Hypergryph / Mountain Contour) and is not covered by the AGPL-3.0 open source license.

6. Premium Subscription

  • Premium features are available through paid subscription plans
  • Subscriptions are non-transferable
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notice
  • Refund policies are determined by the payment platform used

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Any inaccuracies in planning data or recommendations
  • Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Service interruptions or downtime

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
